The Architectural and Building Control Committee has the power to approve or disapprove construction plans, specifications, and site locations for any building, structure, or fence before it can be erected, placed, or altered on a lot within the community. This ensures that all construction adheres to the established community standards and covenants. Their approval or disapproval must be in writing, and they have thirty days to respond to submitted plans.
