Howdy neighbors,
Tiffany and David Stephens has set the date to sponsor our community yard sale for Saturday, September 19, 2026 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. She is asking for neighbors to sign-up at:

They will also be sending out post-cards to all our neighbors who want to participate. Please contact Tiffany at 719-237-2203 if anyone has any questions. There will be a location for unsold items that can be donated to the "Goodwill". I will keep you posted on that.
For those who inquired about having it Friday also, it will be up to us to put signs out for that day.

Good Day All,
Colorado Springs Fire Department has our neighborhood scheduled for chipping to start on August 31, 2026. I believe that if you would like to have piles chipped you should register with the fire department a week in advance. Please adhere to the guidelines, 5x5x5 piles. At least 5 feet from roadway, and larger end toward the street.
