Our Neighborhood
Colorado Springs Fire Department will begin Neighborhood Chipping. The fire department may take up to two weeks to get all of the chipping done. Residents need to contact CSFD to be on the list of residences requesting chipping. The pile should be 5 by 5 by 5 with 5 feet of spacing in between.

The Passing of Dick Hilbert
Mar 25, 2026We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Dick Hilbert of Bent Bar Road on March 18th. Following a long and valiant period of treatment for a blood disease, Dick ultimately succumbed to Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia. He was a valued member of our community and will be remembered with great fondness.
Please keep his loved ones in your thoughts during this difficult time.
