Hi neighbors,

We’re excited to share that KindHOA now has an official app for iPhone and iPad.

The app gives you the same community tools you already use online — pay dues, vote in polls, read announcements, submit maintenance requests, and more — plus native phone notifications that appear on your lock screen like any other app. When something important happens in our community, you’ll get a real push alert and can tap straight into the right screen.

How to get started

1. Download KindHOA from the Apple App Store: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/kindhoa/id6776059395

2. Open the app, allow notifications when prompted, and sign in with the email address your board invited you with (Apple, Google, or passkey sign-in supported).

The app is free. Your account and community stay the same — this is just an easier way to stay connected on your phone.
